A friend of mine who doesn�t speak English at all has just got a job as a secretary. The problem is that she will have to talk to clients in English sometimes in order to connect them with the right department or keep their names and requests. What sources can I use? Are there any sites about teaching adults? Please if you have any ideas share them...THANK YOU VERY MUCH

If you use the search function on this website you will find a lot of very good resources. Try selecting beginner level and type in �telephone�. I think you will be pleasantly surprised
