Thanks.

Hi
another doubt... how about:
- a witch s broomstick (?)
or
- a witch broomstick (?)
which one is correct?

Although both and s are used after s in the singular, I like to teach only s, because it makes things simpler - s for all singular nouns. If it is the broom of a particular witch, it has to be the witch s broomstick. Otherwise, both are fine. Bruce |

I agree with Bruce. s for possessive singular nouns. Chris s, James s We leave off the final s only in special cases, for example: Jesus love There are only a few to remember and the es sound is not pronounced. |
