As a teacher WHY IS IT IMPORTANT

lol Yanogator, just what I felt like replying...
anyway, I �ll help you with the first question: if they don �t speak in English during the lessons, when will they? Encouraging them to practise the language as much as possible makes them more fluent and they are more likely to remember some basic or more complicated structures if they use them regularly. They get more self-confident and it �s also a good way to correct their mistakes IN CONTEXT (see question 3, haha!). Hope it helps a little ;)
