Need help and advice for different target groups???

Dear collegues,

I need some material, method and advice or anything that you would recommend about a course that Im intending to prepare for adults who have different occupations and english levels.

Of course I �ve searched for materials and ideas but As I haven �t had any experinece with this kind of target group, I �d be happy to get your ideas and make use of your experiences as well .

The aim of the course would be the introduction of basic english and improve speaking skills.

Basically ,They want to communicate in english.
