Should I say...

Should I say:

"... IN the blog" or "...ON the blog"?

In the blog, if you re referring to something said in one of the blog posts.

If you re just talking about the website itself, either "in" or "on" works.

I would be referring to a link which is there...

Then both are correct, but I would say "on the blog", since you aren t referring to the message of the blog. "On" is more physical in this case, and "in" deals more with the content.
