HELLO DEAR FRIENDS �� Could you help me with PASSIVE VOICE:I have to rewrite these sentences in passive and whenever possible, provide two alternatives:

1 They thought waiting longer was a good idea

2 we have agreed to meed again in a fortnight

3Tomorrow there will be confirmation of Mr Jacson�s resignation

4People don�t believe that Roger was a good tennis player when he was young

5 Andrew didn�t give her sister chocolates for her birthday

1) waiting longer was thought to be a good idea. (but it seems strange)
2) meeting again in a fortnight has been agreed.
3) Mr Jackson �s resignation will be confirmed tomorrow
4) (the fact) that Roger was a good tennis player when he was young isn �t believed. (sounds strange too... although you could find sentences like "the fact that Roger was a good tennis player when he was young wasn �t known until he ...")
5) Andrew �s sister wasn �t given chocolates for her birthday by him - Chocolates were not given by Andrew to her sister (the 2nd sounds more awkward!

but you surely could have found the answers yourself with a little hard work...
