Can anyone tell me why I can �t change my profile photo? I �ve done it several times before but this time it just won �t work.
It �s the correct format and I get the message back saying that it has been updated, but I still see the old photo.
Perhaps someone else has experienced this.

Dear Jannabanna, I myself have made several attempts to change my photo, however it was not successful. When I did it, the system answered that my photo had been successfully changed, but in fact a new one hadn �t appeared: my old image was still there. I forgot about my initiative but in several days once I swiched my comp on and saw....... my new image. That is the story... So just try to do it not only once. Olga |

Hello Janet,
Olga is right. The computer / server / internet browser "remembers" the old photo for some time...
Sometimes, it helps to refresh the website, or close the browser or switch off the comptuter...
Eventually, your new photo will appear. BTW you look great! Don �t worry!
