Dear all
I would like to ask about the comparative form of "happy" and other adjectives that end with "y" is it only "happier" or I can use "more happy" as well? Please answer me it s urgent. Thanks a lot for everybody. |

I agree it s happier, not more happy. The rule is add ier if it s a one or 2 syllable word, then use more for longer words. What really annoys me these days though, is that people are starting to use BOTH TOGETHER!!! More happier etc, it s all over the place and horrible. End of rant. |
