Why can �t I upload worksheets? It �s been a very long time since I last uploaded anything.

I get an HTTP 500 error message. Can anyone help me, please??

I �ve just uploaded one and have no problem at all.

Have you checked:

- if you worksheet is in doc format (Word 97/2003)?

- if it �s under 500kb?

- if your login / password is correct?

- if there isn �t internet content (which may be blocked when uploading)?

- if your internect connection is OK?

Maybe the problem occurs when there �s much internet traffic: a couple of hours before midnight (server time).

Some additional suggestions that may be useful:

Try from different pages: from your page; from the home page; from some other member �s page.

Try using other browser: IE kept sending me an error message, I managed to send it using Chrome.

If nothing works, try again later or send Victor a PM. Even when he doesn �t answer, he fixes the problem 100% of the times (when it �s a system glitch).
