My personal preference is:

Open your book to page 65.

Point to the picture.
BUT
Look at the picture.

�Point at� is used (by me, anyway) when I point at someone or something from a distance, not as close as a book.

In the US we usually say "Open your book to page 65."  but the British usually say
"Open your books at page 65"
