Recently I �ve got a job as the Language Academy Coordinator in the High School I started teaching Chemistry, Biology in the bilingual program and English. Unfortunately, the previous coordinator didn �t have a good control over the Academy things. This is the first time I �m having all this responsibilty, and now the principal has asked me to design an interview for those students who want to study the bilingual program but the written exam couldn �t provide enough data to place them there (they were missing 1 or 2 points to the get the asked score).

 

Now that I �ve told you this, I was wondering if you could help me setting the questions. I know I have to ask grammar, vocabulary and I have to check the fluency. However, I don �t know exactly how to design it. If you could give a clue I �d be grateful.
