Just for fun I did googled �esl alien boy blog� and came across these two useful looking sites. having checked them out fully.

Thanks Nebal. My headis now suitably large so I can"t get through doors very easily! 
aftab57 - to add the url all you need to do is copy & past the address from you web page into the message & then insert the hyperlink into the address text. The default link is the same as the text you choose.
here�s an example (a shameless plug for my sister, a writer...)
