Depends on what you are trying to say!
Where is she sittingand working? She is working at the computer.
What is she doing? She is working on the computer - however this could be both fixing the machine and using it - I would therefore say she is using the computer!

The secretary is definitely working ON the computer, no "ifs" or "buts", unless she DOESN �T know how to use it, so she is sitting at the computer (i.e. at the desk on which the computer stands) and is putting pen to paper (doing her job manually:) Sophia |
