Have you tried googletranslate?
Although it doesn �t work well for Russian. 
I have to say I don �t like machine translation, there�re always so many inadequacies...

Try Google translate: It can translate from Arabic into English or any other known language. The translation is sometimes funny, but you it is helpful. My kids use it when I refuse to help them with their English assignments.
