It should be "Leena is one of my best friends, because you are talking about a group of friends and not only one. |

Ditto, Tereza: Leena is one of my best friends.
She is one of several people you consider to be your best friends.
Unless, of course, she is the best friend, the best of the best, the one and only:) then you should say, "Leena is my best friend"
