I think that these site are very useful to improve our worksheets. I agree with those of you who say that we have to USE them to create new worksheets and not just download a worksheet and upload it here to get points. I have sometimes used them these kind of flashcards to create bingo boards or wordsearchers and it is good to know of new free useful images.
