Hi!
Yesterday some of you told me that there were users with points who had no contributions at all.
It was true. I think there have been errors. When a contribution was removed (by me or by the user him/herself), the points should be removed too, but it wasnt working properly.
Ive corrected the errors, and now the web server is checking and updating all users points. There will be no users with points and 0 contributions.
If you see that your points go down, it is not an error, it is the correction of an error. |

So far, I have made 3 contributions (I am new to this site). Two of my contributions were online exercises that would give me points according to other users ratings. How do I find out if the error was applied inadequately to my account?
"The exercises created with this tool will be available for free in the site: www.englishexercises.org. You need no points to use them. If you make an online exercise, youll get points according to other users ratings: - Average rating 5: you get 10 points - Average rating 6: you get 20 points - Average rating 7: you get 30 points - Average rating 8: you get 40 points - Average rating 9: you get 50 points - Average rating 10: you get 60 points - Average rating under 5: the contribution is not approved" |

Who is going to answer our questions and give us a solution for the problem? a lot of people are complaining about loosing points...I lost 270 points and I was left with 25 points, which means that I can not even download my 30 daily worksheets anymore... |

I have made 3 contributions. As I said, 2 of my contributions were online exercises that were rated by someone. I work as a volunteer and I am still a student, so I would appreciate if I could have my points back or at least an explanation from you telling me how I will find out how many people has rated my worksheets.
You need no points to use them. Thank you |
