Hi Marianne,
It is Marsha that is only the beginning of the new unit for 2012- go to http://www.globaldreamers.org
On the main page you will see the peace unit, you can find many ideas from hundreds of schools from around the world, if you like you are welcome to teach the song on the new unit.If not you can find other songs and lessons under worksheets on the unit. Your kids can draw or jpg format pics or gif format. We do not use powerpoint format. You can also have them write stories, slogans, and feelings. I had the kids do Tell me why and the song is phenomenal and there are worksheets to download. Then I had them write about their feelings and draw. YOu can find this lesson here.
