I have a new group of cooks and am looking for materials. They are different levels, from beginners to intermediate, in one group. Does anyone have experience in teaching cooks? Can anyone recommend a website, where I can find some materials??? Thank you in advacne for your help.

Hello,
You could also work on Jamie Oliver; his will to spread healthy food in school canteens in England and the USA and his efforts to help difficult young people with his restaurants "Fifteen".
