How do you - each in his / her own country & within his / her countries � teaching framework - plan your lessons using the CBA (Competency-Based Approach) ?

I have posted a model (not totally mine) teachers use in Algeria (but not yet displayed on this site) and I would like to see yours so as we help one another find the best way to prepare a lesson (not necessarily a common one).
