If anybody is interested I have a book that I wrote to obtain a degree as a Certified English Teacher is what we called here a Receptional Document (Thesis) is written entirerly in English.
I know it isn�t a ESL-Resource but It could give you great ideas about the experience of being a teacher.
It�s too big to be sent here over 100 pages in Word.
The title is "THE CONVERSATION TO FOSTER ORAL ACTIVITIES IN ENGLISH CLASS.
