Hello!

Today I have downloaded some materials, but now I can �t open them.

Can you see the files on your computer?

Could you just have opened the files and forgotten to save them?

Same issue that has been mentioned time and time again on this site.  The WS/PTT do no complete their download and points are taken away and the owner gains.

This may be caused by the format of the document. Try to turn it into a word format. It might help.
