Repugnant sounds fine to me in this sentence. It means that the terms are completely incompatible with or actually contrary to the terms. |

"Assings" isn �t a word, and it sounds quite inappropriate. Lynne, I disagree about "repugnant", mostly because it says "repugnant to the context". I think something can only be repugnant to a person. Bruce |

As I told you my dear friends it is an Indian contract of services about 80 pages long I am in 6th page so far thank you for your help I will be asking more please be patient.

Legal documents frequently say things twice. "Entered into" means "put into effect". The people involved entered into the contract on March 31, 2012. Bruce |
