Repugnant sounds fine to me in this sentence. It means that the terms are completely incompatible with or actually contrary to the terms.

"Assings" isn �t a word, and it sounds quite inappropriate.
 
Lynne, I disagree about "repugnant", mostly because it says "repugnant to the context". I think something can only be repugnant to a person.

As I told you my dear friends it is an Indian  contract of services about 80 pages long I am in 6th page so far Cry thank you for your help I will be asking more please be patient.

What about entered into ?

Legal documents frequently say things twice. "Entered into" means "put into effect". The people involved entered into the contract on March 31, 2012.
