Dear colleagues I would like to say "the people sitting right or on the right have the text A and the people sitting left or on the left have the text B" On the right or on the left seems to be ok what about "sit right ? or sit left ? " Thank you for your answer Nicole |

Why don �t you say "pupil A" has text A / "pupil B" has test B and then you explain that pupils A are the ones who are sitting on the right side of her / his neighbour ... |

Or to my/your right. However, on the right is best in the situation you describe.
