Hi!
The site is
based on the �sharing� thing. You create something and share it. You get
points, when you reach 30 points you become a premium member and will be able
to download 30 worksheets a day from the �recent contributions� page.
When I became
a member I could barely use the Word tools, but the site is a great school too.
With the tips and the feedback I developed my skills and now I even sell it. Of
course I keep contributing and help the others on their learning experience
(which is also addicting).
Once you start, you�ll never be able to stop.

I agree with what has already been said.
Just a piece of advice: You can download the tutorials for free. They might help you build your own printables to upload here. http://www.eslprintables.com/buscador/tutorials.asp
Seriously, if you are a teacher like you say, I find it really hard to imagine you �ve never built something of your own already. Just share a couple and you �ll have points in no time!
