I received the same error, but when I tried using the link <http://eslprintables.com.es/send_printables/beforesend.htm>, I was able to send the files. Does that help?

I am having another problem, though. Frequently, when I try to upload certain .doc files, I get an error that says "500 - Internal server error."

Does anybody have any idea what to do about that?

Hello, and thank you. I tried as you said and I uploaded my files. I saved  onse again the file in word 2003-2007 format.
