The new Word of the Day fresh made
|
Thank you so much for the Word of the Day Award, I dedicate it to my
family and friends for all the support they give me day after day.
Now let me introduce the new word of the day:
AQUALUNG
A long time favourite Jethro Tull song. Ladies and Gentlemen ... time to play.

AQUALUNG is a stronlgy scented aftershave for you to keep envious women far away from your beloved husbands. AQUALUNG is a synonym of faithfulness. My husband puts it on his face every day before leaving to work! (PS: I can t see the picture...)

Aqualung is just a synonym for drowning. Aqua = water , lung ahm = lung , water in the lungs = drowning. Jacques Cousteau |

aqua- having to do with water
lung- short for "lunge" --a sudden forward rush.
aqualung- pronounced "aqua -lunge
"
An AQUALUNG is that joyous rush and jump/dive into a pool or lake on a warm summer s day.
(Oh how I am missing the warm California weather that I grew up with at the moment.)
<<PS- that last sentence sounds like it has a missplaced modifier, but I dont know how I would say it differently>> |
