Can you tell me what this sentence means:
she is not an impatient person at all ??
It means : she is not patient
or
she is patient?

I think it means "she is patient" and it also stresses that person�s feature.

I agree with xylandia. The expression "at all" at the end of a phrase mean "way the opposite to what I said". It is commonly used with negative verbs as you have : "she is not..... at all" |

I agree. "She is not an impatient person" means "She is a patient person" and "not ... at all" means "totally". So, she is totally patient.
