DO YOU HAPPEN TO KNOW A SONG TO PRACTISE THE PRESENT CONTINUOUS PLAYING THE GUITAR?

Hi everybody,
I am looking for a song with which students practise the present continuous and can be played using a guitar. The American assistant who works for our English department can play the guitar very well and is willing to show his skills and I think it can work.
