A funny and lovely song I am completely fond of : Love and Marriage by Frank Sinatra !

In this video it is not Sinatra who sings and I actually prefer his version but at least you have the lyrics.

In our school we are singing this cute song of Take That "Rule the World" and is working really well.

I just finished making activities for the horribly romantic video to the song "You belong with me" by Taylor Swift. The song is nice but the video makes every girl melt (and some boys too, I bet) That is what I ll be doing with my 6th graders (12 yrs old)

In the past I worked with another Taylor Swift song. "love story" also a great video, I even wrote an easy version of the Romeo and Juliet story to go with the song to show them the original story...They all had hear about it but none of them really knew it...

I would love to do the song "make you feel my love", originally by Dylan but now sung by Adele. That is one of my personal favorite love songs I suppose...but a bit too mature for my students (primary only)

what age group do you need it for?

Wonderful suggestions, dear friends! Keep em coming!

Marion, the age of my students ranges from 12 to 18, so I think I should use different songs.

Thumbs Up

On Thursday I m going to play two different songs with my students:

- It must be love by Madness http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWPh75bsW7s
- Love is all around by Wet Wet Wet  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQQ6SfPZggw

I know they are old songs, but they always work well because they have become classic. By the way, there are wonderful worksheets here that you can use.
