Is it correct to say free times ??  ( plural of free time )

I think the plural would be"free time activities".

no - you just say free time
 
You �ll  have (some) free time this afternoon
 
You have 1 hour free time this afternoon
 
You �ll have(some) free time during the week to work on your project
