Writing: mini things

Hi all
Another great idea from an old BBC newsletter
Sometimes when we ask students to write a composition they spend very little time at the important editing stage. In this lesson students will do a couple of short writing activities with the focus on editing and accuracy.

Hi Jayho, I love it when you send us the British Council links. However, I will have to pass on this one! I spend my life getting my students to write something, anything! If I get a short paragraph, I put the flags out and celebrate the miracle! Is it because they are boys?
It s got me thinking though. I m now looking for very short paragraphs that can be expanded with adjectives, time connectives and adverbs. I wonder if I ll find anything on here? |
