depends if you �re stating a regret (past) from the grandparents. if so, it should be

If it �s something they would like to happen, then it should be
My grandparents wish I would go to see them. |

�see � means to look at you, the word should be to go and visit them. Or you could say, they would like me to come and visit them, spend time with them... |
