plural-plural rule (more than one individual)

MY/HIS daily LIFE

singular-singular rule (one individual)

Daily life (general idea): "The Internet is now part of daily life." Singular all the time

The plural is more correct, but you will sometimes hear the singular as well. If you hear "our daily life," it implies that the lives of the people referred to are so similar that they may as well be the same.
