People are selfish don t care about others aren t ready for some sacrifices. This can be great for the topic of charity and philanthropy |

A great visual representation of what happens when people of different ideologies refuse to work together for the greater good. |

I think it is all about TEAM WORK. If people don t work together to move on, they will just stay in the same place :) |

If we don t all organise to give and take we just end up going around in circles and getting nowhere. |

I agree with the idea of team work. During a brainstorming people must go towards ideas suiting the best possible solution to resolve a problem, to start a new project. People can speak their opinions and the chairman will have to find with them the ideal proposition(s) to reach the goal. A common agreement based on the combination of all the ideas. If not the problem will never be solved or the project will stay only a vague idea. To run a common project in an efficient way people must row in the SAME direction. When there is a crossroad they must follow the same MAIN ideas, their own ideas will help improving the common path, the common running. Each one can run with a part of a common project, according to the competences, and improve this part with something of their own idea(s) IF and only IF the goal is to be reached. That is to say that there is a common thought to be respected AND every intelligent personal behavior allowing the project to be run faster or in an easier way will be welcome if it respects the whole idea to become concrete. |

Perfect balance; each one is applying the same force; they are all equal, egalitarianism.
Or else: a lot of huff, puff and guff, but nobody is getting anywhere very fast. |
