I wonder what are the differences between eTwinning and Comenius projects? Can someone explain that to me in plain terms?
As far as I know a Comenius project (bilaterla and multilateral) is financially supported by EU through grants. Is that true?
Is it possible to join a ready Commenius project for the upcoming 2013/ 2014 school year so that my 8 students could host some other students participating in the project? We run a small, private school 350 km above the Arctic Circle. Or maybe it is even possible to be hosted by another school in May/ June 2014?
Have you had experience with joining an already started Comenius project?

Hi Jarek! I was the coordonator of 3 Comenius projects. Yes, it is possible to join a Comenius project for the upcoming 2013/2014 school year. First of all you have to find at least 3 partners. Usually we find them on eTwinning web page. Click here:
http://desktop.etwinning.net/index.cfm
You can find Comenius partnerships button on the left.
Then you start working together via email in order to write the project. Here you can find information about Comenius projects:

Good luck!
