Answer a query

Normally how do the native speakers of English respond, if the answer for the following query is positive?

Can I use this way to reach the Twin Towers?

(a) Yes, you can.

(b) Yes, you do.

 Yes, sure.

(d) Yes, positive.

(e) Yes, certainly do.

Or other answers?

Thanks in advance.

Also, I would suggest that "Can I go this way..." is a little more natural.
Of course "Can I use this way..." is correct English, too.
With no other context, I would suggest saying "go".
