Hi, Could somebody tell me what do you call a container with soapy water inside and a little stick with a loop at the top that you put in and then blow the bubbles? I know there bubble guns, bubble machines, etc. but what about this little container that I described above? Thank you

In the US, we say "a bottle of bubbles". The stick is called a "bubble wand". "Soap bubble maker" is also correct. There isn t really an official name for this. The label on it would just say "soap bubbles".
When I was a kid, I had a "Monster Bubble" maker. The ring was about a foot across, and you dipped it into the soap in a pan, then ran with it to get the air into the bubble. The huge bubble would float around for a while, undulating from the motion.
