Hi, Mari!
I was not able to watch the episode because I would have to subscribe to the site and they want my credit card number. They say it is to verify that I am over 18 years old ;(
But I suspect that Evelyn says "Applause", doesn t she? |

Plowed (American slang): It means to be really drunk.
The family discusses the reason for Charlie`s speech and offers different explanations (he is dying, he is drunk,...) After his speech, Evelyn states "plowed" to refer to the reason for Charlies talk. I hope I could help.
