If we are talking about pronounciation, then I guess there will be loads of ways of saying it. Where I come from, it �s �how a yer? �

For speaking, sometimes, this can be used.

For example, we can say:

"How is he going/doing?" = "how�s he going/doing?"

"How are they going/doing?" = "How�re they going/doing?" (pronun: how�re = /haʊwə/)

"How are you going/doing?" - "How�re you going/doing?" (pronun: how�re = /haʊwə/)

But, we can�t say "How�re you?" or "How�re they. We say: "How are you?" (or, "How are ya?"?) and "How are they?"
