Others may have a different idea, but it sounds like something that would be used in an advertisement. That �s why we always need the context in which the words are used.
Our theme park is terrific! There is something for everyone to enjoy. You �ve got to have a good time!
It sounds like an obligation, but you can�t order people to have a good time - it is being used differently here.

gramatically speaking it �s expressing obligation but because you can �t force people to have a good time so it sounds like a piece of advice ;) |
