can i use "it �s my pleasure" to reply to a invitaion? "Would you like to go to the theater with me tonight?- It �s my pleasure.What time?"

The expression works, just adjust the verb.
"would you like...?" It would be my pleasure. or stick with "with pleasure!" |

So formal...probably the answer would be..."love to" or "that would be great, thanks." |

At least here in the States, "my pleasure" is often used as a synonym of "you �re welcome." So the inviter would use it after the invitee gushes thank you. |
