Hi Libertybell! you reminded me my days as a student! Those tongue twisters were in my phonology book!! (by Mackenzie) They were my nightmare!!haha
I remember another one that says sth like this: a fat man sat on a black cat and the black cat was squashed. Do you know it? I can�t find the book!! It is soooo old! haha

Or they could make up their own. Just write the Q words on the board and pick a troublesome consonant. The first one should be done with the whole class and then they can do them individually or in teams. Try to get multiple answers (e.g fish(es), firemen, frogs, etc.) for each category.
who? what (did they do)? how ? where? when? why?
e.g. Five fat fishes fought frantically in the fountain on a fine frolic morning.
