Audience is uncountable therefore no plural. " The audience was incredible".

Audience is a noun that refers to a group of people, but it is countable. Many reviews of concerts say things like, "Audiences in New York and Chicago loved (blah)!" In that regard, audience is similar to class, team, family, etc.

"Audience" is defintely a collective noun, but it is countable.

"The audiences for the two shows had totally different reactions."
