can you say audiences in plural? can i say fear of audiences? in plural that is.

Audience is uncountable therefore no plural. " The audience was incredible".

Audience is a noun that refers to a group of people, but it is countable. Many reviews of concerts say things like, "Audiences in New York and Chicago loved (blah)!" In that regard, audience is similar to class, team, family, etc. |
