I used to work for Scholastic in the U.S. before moving to Egypt. They have a downloadable teacher resource site and from time to time they have "dollar days". During dollar days a lot of the downloads are reduced to a dollar. There are a lot of resources, including picture books, to access. The site is http://teacherexpress.scholastic.com.
