Sorry for asking so much but I am marking exams and I don t want to be unfair simply because I don t know whether their sentences are really wrong or not. What would you say " I am very comfortable in these shoes" or" I am very comfortable with these shoes"? Is it the same with clothes? Thanks once again Yolanda

They are both correct. The first one means you are wearing the shoes and they are comfortable. The second one means that you are satisfied with the shoes. |

I am a walking example. When I wear my Birckenstock shoes to school I feel comfortable IN them and WITH them. As soon as I realize I forgot to change them for something more elegant under my dress at a fancy dress party I may still feel comfortable IN them but much less comfortable WITH them...
