Yes, Linda, you are totally right. This is what I also had in mind... I just didn�t want to stir the problem more... Embarrassed

Actually, the context (that I didn�t tell you, which was a mistake from me) clearly states that the boy has already got the mobile and he has made an enormous bill with text messages, so the idea of the others that he is still asking for the mobile was not true. BUT: they were right as they had very limited information...
