Help with Creating listening activities

I hace created two listening activities and they seemed right when I did them, however once published there is no sound at all. can anyone tell me what I do wrong . When you click on the sound icon a blank page opens and..... nothing . It�s frustrating Cry

Please help me.. Thanks
