Hi dear friends!
I have a problem with nationalities when we want to refer to a group of people.
 
Eg: ItalianS eat pasta    BUT  Japanese eat fish
 
Why and when do we use the plural form?

Basically, we do not change the nationalities ending in -ese, -ish, -iss, -ch.
