Hi dear colleagues,
In one of the tests I came across the following sentence: There s _______ time in life to do the things that are really enjoyable. a) never too much b) too little
The correct answer, according to the book, is b)
What s wrong with option a) ?
Thanks in advance

The point of the sentence is that there isn t enough time for it, so "too little" is the correct choice. There is nothing wrong with option a grammatically, but it isn t a logical choice. Bruce |

I ve been thinking of how to phrase this answer succinctly. In the meantime, Bruce has done it. |
